The man accused of murdering Dunedin teen Amber-Rose Rush can now be named. Dunedin doctor Venod Skantha, 30, has been in custody since his arrest just days after 16-year-old Amber-Rose was found dead at her Clermiston Ave home, in the Dunedin suburb of Corstorphine, on February 3. It is understood the pair were known to each other.
